What is “Regenerative Agriculture” and why is it important?
Regenerative farmers and ranchers work in harmony with nature to heal the land by regenerating soil and restoring biodiverse, resilient ecosystems.
I have been to dozens of regenerative farms across the country to truly connect with the people working hard to grow our food and to learn more about how we can all attain the most nutrient-dense, deeply nourishing food possible!
Through all these adventures I have learned that human health is inextricably linked to the SOIL, and thus by regenerating soil we can not only optimize our own well-being, but the well-being of our plants, animals, and ecosystems around us.
And now I share this message with all of my friends, family, and clients so that as a community we can support regenerative agriculture to restore human and ecological health.
