What is Regenerative Agriculture?

Regenerative farmers and ranchers work in harmony with nature to heal the land by regenerating soil and restoring biodiverse, resilient ecosystems.

I have traveled to dozens of regenerative farms across the country to truly connect with the people working hard to grow our food. It’s always an honor to shake hands with the farmer that is providing me with the most nutrient-dense, deeply nourishing food possible!

This extraordinary journey has taught me that human health is inextricably linked to the SOIL, and thus by regenerating soil we can not only optimize our own well-being, but the well-being of our plants, animals, and ecosystems around us.

And now I share this message with all of my friends, family, and clients so that as a community we can support regenerative agriculture to restore human and ecological health.

Sara has explored farms all over the country, sitting down with the amazing people that grow and raise our food, listening to their personal stories, and learning about the many wonderful ways they provide us all with nourishment while also nourishing the land.

The soil is the great connector of lives, the source and destination of all. It is the healer and restorer and resurrector, by which disease passes into health, age into youth, death into life. Without proper care for it we can have no community, because without proper care for it we can have no life.
